Fernhall Farm Holiday Cottage & Shepherds Hut offers delightful self catering accommodation just above the pretty village of Brilley. Based on our 300-acre high farm near Whitney-on-Wye, we are ideal for a rural retreat in Herefordshire.
Our Listed cottage is full of character and original features, dating from the 14th Century. The cottage can accommodate 4 people in a king size and a room with two small double beds. There is a quaint living room and well-equipped kitchen. Facilities include:

Fridge.
Outside is a lovely garden with seating.
We offer cosy accommodation in this shepherd’s hut. The hut comes with a fully-equipped kitchenette including a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge with a small ice box. Facilities include underfloor heating, an electric woodburning stove and a television with a DVD player. A bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
Outside we have a planted garden with pots and a two-tiered patio, including a seating area and firepit. We also have a swing seat.
We are in a great position for exploring this picturesque area, perfect for hill walking, pony trekking, fishing, canoeing and boating. Fernhall Farm is close to Offas Dyke, Hay-on-Wye, The Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. Hereford city lies on the River Wye and it offers shops, places to eat and a variety of things to do. Some ideas of places to visit close to the cottage include Hereford Cathedral, Waterworks Museum and Hay Castle. Attractions to visit include:
