This three-bedroom Victorian terraced townhouse is arranged over two floors and combines original features with stylish designer touches. Recently redecorated to a high standard, the home is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The entrance hallway leads to two well-proportioned reception rooms a living room and a dining room and a long kitchen that opens onto a garden with decking. There's a small WC under the stairs and upstairs you'll find a family bathroom along with three bedrooms.
The bespoke kitchen is a delight for food lovers, complete with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob with fan-assisted electric oven, blender and baking equipment. It's well suited for guests who enjoy cooking at home.
Entertainment is taken care of with a Smart TV in the living room and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. For those needing to work remotely, a dedicated desk is provided in the dining room.
The house comfortably sleeps five people. The master bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to create a super king-sized bed (just let the hosts know in advance). There is a double bedroom and a single room featuring a built-in, extra-long daybed that’s especially suitable for children. The living room also includes a double sofa bed for additional sleeping options. The double and single rooms overlook the rear garden through large sash windows, while the master bedroom faces the front garden and is particularly spacious.
Guests can expect a restful night’s sleep on high-performance luxury mattresses, dressed in Egyptian cotton linen and high-quality bedding. A combination of fibre and feather bedding is provided to suit individual preferences. Fluffy white towels and tasteful interior décor further enhance the sense of comfort.
The main bathroom is located upstairs and includes both a separate bath and a shower. There is also a small WC conveniently located under the stairs.
In warmer months, the garden becomes a lovely spot for al fresco dining. Double doors from the kitchen lead out to a decked area, complete with stylish outdoor seating and a parasol for shade.
Permit parking is available on the street for two vehicles or for the local car park, making it easy to explore Winchester and the surrounding area by car.

You'll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars and galleries all within easy reach. Immerse yourself in Winchester’s rich history, with the Great Hall just two streets away and both the museums and the cathedral only a ten-minute walk. Winchester is also well known for its markets, offering everything from local delicacies and fresh farm produce to unique art and antiques, all sourced directly from growers and makers.
