Situated at the top of the tidal reaches of the River Hamble, we are a great place to escape from the pressures of modern life. Based near Southampton in Hampshire, we are great for singles, couples or a small family looking for somewhere peaceful to stay.

Our lovely chalet is ideal for a relaxing holiday or special event. The property is accessed by a private lane and has parking for 2 cars.

The chalet is tastefully furnished and well-equipped to suit all your needs, including a free lending library of DVD's and paperback books for you to enjoy during your stay. The property is great for a small family, couple or 3 singles.

Outside there is a communal picnic area and grounds to enjoy. A lovely space for a coffee in the morning sun.

Visiting Botley & Exploring Hampshire

We are within easy reach of Southampton International Airport, and the major cities of Southampton, Winchester and Portsmouth are all accessible by car. In Southampton, you can visit SeaCity Museum which houses Interactive maritime displays & events or visit one of the many cafes or restaurants. Further attractions to visit include:
