Austen House is a luxury self catering house in Petty France, Gloucestershire. Our accommodation is ideal for sophisticated hen weekends, family get-togethers, friends' reunions or business meetings. The house is set in a stunning part of The Cotswolds (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) whilst being only a half-hour drive from both Bristol and Bath.

A stunning property perfect for large groups, our house has been thoughtfully appointed to ensure guests have an enjoyable break away.

Our magic net property comes with a well-equipped kitchen for home dining, including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and two fridges, wine fridge and freezer. Enjoy a feast around the dining table. Unwind in the fabulous Georgian sitting room after a day sightseeing.

All the bedrooms come with beautiful beds for a peaceful night’s sleep. The house also boasts 3 superb bathrooms.

Outside there is a lawned garden and a secluded dining area with a BBQ area for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine. Soak away your aches and pains in the luxurious hot tub.

Petty France is a pretty Gloucestershire hamlet. It is nestled in a stunning part of The Cotswolds and a wonderful location for those who want a relaxing break away.

Our house is close to the timeless city of Bath and fabulous Bristol with its lively and dynamic vibe, are perfect for your celebration being located under two hours from London and easily accessible from the M5 and M4. Within an hour’s drive you can reach a plethora of fantastic destinations. From cocktail bars to Michelin Star restaurants, boutique shops to luxury designer brands, history and culture – the area has it all. Fantastic attractions to visit include:
