Sleeps 8. What was once a stone calf shed is now a spacious semi-detached cottage. Ground floor: Lounge / dining room with wood burner, fitted kitchen, 1 double, 1 twin, bathroom with bath, walk in shower, separate toilet and basin. First floor: 1 double, 1 twin, bathroom with bath, walk in shower, and basin and separate WC with basin.
Barn Owl Lodge
Sleeps 8. The cottage takes its name from the pair of barn owls who nest in the adjoining barn. Entrance hall. Spacious living / dining room with electric fire, colour TV and video, rugs on wooden floor, glazed extension overlooking pond. Double bedroom. Twin bedded room. Bathroom / WC with over bath shower. Shower room / WC. First floor: Two twin bedded rooms each with a sloping ceiling (one with 2' 6'' beds). Under the roof is a little hideaway with floor cushions.
Sleeps 8. This can be interconnected with Barn Owl Lodge and thus accommodate 16 between the two for larger parties. Beamed living / dining room with wood burning stove, piano and rugs on wooden floor. Spacious hall. TV room with colour TV and video. Well-equipped kitchen. Beamed double bedroom with brass bed. Twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. WC. Bunk bedded room. Bathroom / WC. First floor: Double bedroom. Bathroom / WC.
Sleeps 5. Shire horses and pigs once lived in this old semi-detached barn which is now a single storey cottage with extensive views over Swansea Bay. Open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen. 3 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite shower room, 1 twin and 1 single, bathroom with bath, toilet and basin.
Sleeps 4. This small but cosy end terrace barn is ideal for a small family and is named after the master mason who restored it from an old cart shed. Open plan lounge / dining room and kitchen (wood laminate flooring), one double bedroom, bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC and over bath shower. Twin bedded room in roof space with sloping ceiling.
Sleeps 6. A mid terrace cottage with views from its first floor living areas of the surrounding countryside and the stable yard. Ground floor: 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 2 twin, bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC and over bath shower, separate WC. First floor: Open plan lounge / dining room and kitchen with wood laminate flooring. Separate WC.
Sleeps 4. This end terrace cottage has been converted 'upside down' to enjoy views over open farmland and the Bristol Channel. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC and over bath shower, separate WC. First floor: Open plan lounge / kitchen and dining room with wood laminate flooring.
Sleeps 4. From the first floor living space and balcony of this converted stone barn are views over open farmland to Clyne Valley Country Park and Swansea Bay. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC and over bath shower, separate WC. First floor: Open plan lounge / kitchen and dining room with wood laminate flooring.
Sleeps 4. This old stone lambing shed is now a delightful semi-detached cottage. Open plan lounge / dining room and kitchen (wood laminate flooring) with French doors leading to a small enclosed garden. 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin, bathroom with bath and shower attached, basin and toilet.

If you’re a football and rugby fan, we're 15 minutes from the Liberty Stadium and Swansea rail station with a direct link to Cardiff Millennium Stadium 60 minutes away.
