Crynant Cottages are 3 self catering holiday cottages that are located at the edge of Crynant near Neath in Glamorgan. Our holiday homes are nestled within a beautiful part of the Dulais Valley and have splendid views of the March Hywel Mountain. The holiday cottages have been carefully converted from detached barns and now offer beautifully appointed holiday accommodation for up to 23 people when let collectively. All of the holiday cottages have shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub, sauna and a gym.

Bwthyn Cerrig

This holiday cottage has a hand painted oak kitchen with Corian worktop and AGA cooker. The lounge has a lovely Inglenook fireplace and a large 40" TV in Lounge. Other facilities include washing machine & tumble drier, wet room & shower room, full internet access, geothermal heating system. Sleeps 6 + 1 on a pull out bed.

Golwg Y Mynydd

Our largest holiday home sleeping up to 9 people. There is a hand painted oak kitchen with granite work top and AGA falon range cooker, a balcony off master bedroom and a settee in the master bedroom. This holiday home is well equipped and includes a freezer/fridge, full internet access, Leather settee in large kitchen ,geothermal heating system and a Green dragon environmental award level 2.

The Old Stables

Sleeping up to 7 people (5 + 2 on pull out beds). There is a hand painted oak kitchen with beams and AGA range cooker, real oak window shutters throughout and a luxurious master bedroom. Facilities at the holiday cottage include a freezer & fridge, full internet access, leather chairs in large kitchen and a quality heating system. This holiday home also has a Green dragon environmental award level 2.

Visiting Crynant & Exploring Glamorgan

The famous Dan Yr Ogof caves and Craig y Nos Country Park are only 10 miles away. The magnificent Gower coast, a designated AONB, is approximately 18 miles and the Brecon Beacons are within 35 miles. Swansea and Cardiff, both with excellent shopping, bars, clubs and restaurants, are within reasonable driving distance.

For those who enjoy walking and horse riding there are plenty of routes, trails and bridleways leading from the holiday cottages, throughout the surrounding Welsh countryside.
