No. 25 is a contemporary semi-detached self-catering home tucked away in a peaceful Inverness suburb. Its spacious and comfortable interiors provide the perfect retreat for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, allowing guests to enjoy a tranquil base while exploring the city and the surrounding area.
The open-plan living and dining area includes a large dining table, comfortable sofas and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Cleaning utensils and a high chair are stored in the cupboard.
All three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, generous wardrobe space and access to an en-suite shower room. Inside the wardrobe you will find a clothes airer and a hairdryer. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe, within which a travel cot is available if needed. The third bedroom is a single room. A small WC is located near the front entrance, while the family bathroom and the en-suite shower room are both on the first floor.
Outside, there is a secure back garden with a rotary washing line and a small open garden area at the front. The driveway provides off-street parking for one vehicle and includes access to an EV charge point.
