Lockwood House Holiday Cottages offer self catering accommodation in the beautiful coastal of Dawlish. We are just a short distance from the blue flag beach in Dawlish Warren and in the ideal location for exploring Devon.

We have 2 charming properties to choose from. Each cottage is tastefully furnished and well-equipped to suit all your needs, great for a tranquil getaway.

Our cosy cottage is great for a relaxing getaway. Inside there is an open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the double bedroom. A shower and toilet room includes a wash basin. All bed linen and towels are included. Outside there is a garden with a patio and lawn area, great for unwinding with a glass of wine on a summer’s evening.

We offer comfortable accommodation in our two-bedroom bungalow. Bedrooms consist of a double and twin, ideal for a family or group holiday. The bedrooms share a shower and toilet room with a wash basin. All bed linen and towels are included. Unwind in the living room after a day sightseeing. A well-equipped kitchen/dining area is great for home-cooking. Outside there is a garden with a patio and lawn area for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine.

Our cottages are great for exploring the seaside town of Dawlish, home to sandy beaches, amusements, walks, cycle routes, mini golf, family attractions, restaurants, shops and much more. Enjoy a day out at the Dawlish Museum or visit Powerdam Castle. Attractions to visit include:
