Largiemore Farmhouse in Ottery Ferry offers charming self catering accommodation in our Farmhouse Annexe. Based in a stunning countryside setting on the eastern shores of Loch Fyne, we are great for a peaceful holiday. We are near Tighnabruaich and make the ideal location for exploring Argyll.

Accommodation

Our farmhouse is nestled in our small family-run estate and offers everything you need for a magical holiday in a beautiful location. The farmhouse has been tastefully converted from an old barn to provide quality accommodation.

Inside there is a delightful living area with a toasty wood-burning stove, comfy seating and TV. Patio doors open onto the lochside. Rustle up some delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen which come with an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave.

Upstairs there is a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, ideal for a restful night’s sleep after a day sightseeing. There are also two smaller twin bedrooms. A bathroom has a shower and bath.

Visiting Ottery Ferry & Exploring Argyll

This part of the country has lots of wonderful activities to enjoy. We have a lovely slipway for boat launching and Largiemore’s gorgeous gravel and stone beach is great for finding sea creatures with the family. In loch Fyne from June to September you can fish for mackerel and fresh water fly fishing is available with day permits on 3 local lochs. Two lovely restaurants are nearby, The Oystercatcher and Inver. Play a round at Kyles of Bute Golf Club or visit the wonderful Younger Botanic Gardens, on the Kyle of Bute. Superb attractions to visit include:

Caol Ruadh Sculpture Park.
Asgog Loch.
Loch Ruel.
Ettrick Bay Beach.
Loch Striven.
