The House on the Brooks

This stunning property sleeps up to 14 people and is perfect for groups of friends or a family holiday. The focal point of the house is the large, Saxon Hall-inspired communal space which is double height and open to the exposed roof rafters. With spectacular views across the brooks to the South Downs. This house boasts 4 spacious boutique en-suite bedrooms. Stunning rooms include:

The Classic room which enjoys the Art Nouveau statement of Parisienne beauty and features outstanding views across the meadows through the full French doors.The nautical themed Boat Room with clinker built boat as a feature bath in the en suite.The Indian room with a four-poster bed from Kashmir brimming with spiritual and physical energy.Arts and Crafts room with copper bathroom.

Outside there is a private garden with a fire pit to BBQ on or just have a blaze for the fun of it around whilst gazing at the starry night sky.

The Mill House

This isolated house the twin sister of The House on the Brooks our gorgeous property sleeps up to 15 people in 4 boutique-themed bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Luxurious rooms include:

Frida Kahlo room, a true design homage to the great lady. Includes Mexican yellow tiles in Kahlo yellow and a Myan marble shower room ensuite. The Indian Temple Room which includes a line of 17th Century Indian Temple pillars and a large Indian bed. Relax and take a bath made of an old Indian daybed with Peal and semiprecious stones. The Peking Boudoir Room offers a touch of Chinese history and includes 19th Century Opium Bed two granite stone lions and vintage Chinese stork panels. The Chinese shower room has an ancient stone panel set into the wall. The Italian room full of romantic charm, has a truly remarkable marble bathroom and views over the wild Brookland below.

The Saxon Hall offers a perfect entertaining space. The room enjoys open roof rafters, an elegant dining table, sumptuous sofas and amazing views down the south downs through the French doors. You can cook up some delicious homemade food in the modern kitchen.

Outside there is a private garden with a fire pit to BBQ on or just have a blaze for the fun of it around whilst gazing at the starry night sky. Isolated but with wonderful views.

The Timber Barn

This wonderful converted barn sleeps up to 18 people, great for parties and weddings. The spectacular banquet hall offers a fantastic space to relax and to have fun in. Features include furniture from Nepal, Chinese hardwood screens, a chandelier, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is great for cooking up a feast.

The Dorm Room sleeps 11 in three single beds and four double beds. Two separate ground floor bedrooms sleeps 3 in three single beds. The second ground floor room sleeps two in a double bed. The superior Chinese boutique bedroom sleeps two in a double bed.

Outside there is a private garden with a pergola and a fire pit to BBQ on or just have a blaze for the fun of it around whilst gazing at the starry night sky.

Our new accommodation blends high design quality with comfort, providing a tranquil and relaxing space to enjoy. The accommodation sleeps 10 in 4 boutique en suite bedrooms. The Zanzibar Room, African themed with large West African antique feature sculpture. One double, two singles. With ensuite African copper bathroom. The Oriental Room One Double bed...Antique Double height doors to the oriental bathroom. The Venetian room. One double bed wonderful marble enauite bathroom. Sophia Loren Intimate and romantic panelled room. With ensuite shower.

A lavish communal hall opens to the roof rafters and offers breath taking views of the South Downs from the French doors. The well-equipped kitchen is great for home-cooking.

Vintage Airstream Caravan

Our iconic Vintage Airstream caravan is great for a truly unforgettable getaway. Completely refurbished to a high standard. The accommodation sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: a double and twin room. Facilities include a kitchen, a lovely private garden with a patio seating for al fresco dining. Situated right next to The Cabin so four beds can easily become six.

The Cabin

This delightful cabin is a converted stable, perfect for couples seeking tranquillity in the South Downs National Park. Inside, extraordinary large Indian doors lead you to the bedroom where you will find a comfy large double bed. There is a cosy lounge area and a bathroom with a monsoon shower. Outside there is a private garden with patio seating, ideal for a morning coffee whilst savouring your surroundings.

This part of the country has an abundance of scenic walks to enjoy. The History Walk enjoys glorious views of the River Arun and the South Downs, whilst The Brooks Walk is great for admiring the local wildlife.
