Our fabulous cottage is a haven for outdoor lovers, offering an authentic rural location. A secluded enclosed sunny rear garden back into atmospheric woodland. Often you will see red squirrels dotted around. We also provide garden furniture for al fresco dining whilst savouring your surroundings.Our ground-level property comes with a spacious sitting room with leather sofas, a toasty wood burner, 50” HD Smart TV and DVD player. A great space to relax with friends or family. The kitchen/dining room comes with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and 43” HD Smart TV.
Three beautiful bedrooms come with comfy beds for a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom 1 has a king en suite and bedroom 2 has a king. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. The king room has a smart TV as well. A spacious bathroom comes with a bath, large shower cubicle and toilet. All linen and towels are included.
Visiting Ballater & Exploring Aberdeenshire
The delightful village of Ballater is set on the banks of River Dee in Cairngorms National Park. The village is home to a great selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs and takeaways. You can play a round on the 18-hole golf course whilst admiring the scenery. Tennis courts and a bowling club are also available. Nearby are the historic castles of Balmoral Castle Estate, Crathes, Braemar and Craigievar Castles. Great attractions to visit include:Craigendarroch.
