An attractive character cottage around 1800 located in the heart of a small fishing village. South facing sunny position with palm tree in paved forecourt, enclosed by brick wall and double wrought iron gates. On premises parking facilities. Mousehole was originally a small fishing port. Very close to the cottage are the village stores with post office, newsagents and gift shops. There are several very good restaurants and a local pub within walking distance of the cottage.
Minack Theatre is nearby at Porthcurno which was founded in 1932 and every year from June to September there are outdoor musical and opera performances, held on the cliff edge by the sea. The spectacular Eden Project is near St Austell, which is approximately 50 miles from Mousehole. There are several attractive gardens to visit within a few miles of Mousehole, the closest being Morrab Gardens, and Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens, both close to Penzance.
There is a very good regular bus service from Mousehole harbour to Penzance, and also a helicopter flight from Penzance to the Isles of Scilly. There are regular fishing trips which can be taken from Mousehole and nearby Newlyn.
You may consider visiting Mousehole at Christmas which is illuminated by over 6,000 bulbs in Christmas decorations.

Living room with open fire, beamed ceiling, colour TV/CD and dining area.
Fully fitted kitchen in medium oak, which includes a microwave, washing machine, built in fridge freezer.
Two bedrooms one with double bed, one with two single beds, one bed only suitable for a child.
Bathroom with corner bath, Aqualisa power shower, basin and toilet.
Night storage heaters and convector heaters.
