The Beach House offers stunning self catering accommodation in Exmouth. Our gorgeous Devonshire property is just a stone’s throw from Exmouth’s beach, perfect for a coastal retreat away.

Accommodation

Our outstanding property sleeps up to 20 people, perfect for a family break or special occasion. The house boasts superb grounds and enjoys breathtaking sea views.

The well equipped kitchen comes with a Smeg dual cooker, twin dishwashers, large American fridge freezer and a second full size fridge freezer. The dining table seats up to 20 people around a central table or up to 30 people around two tables. The lounge is the perfect space to relax in and comes with sofas and a music system. The room boats glorious sea views. A TV room comes with a large TV and has a door which opens onto the garden.

Ten double bedrooms are available on the first and second floors. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and 8 rooms comes with modern en suite facilities. Some rooms enjoy spectacular sea views.

In the garden there are outside showers with a small drying room for wetsuits. Ideal after a great day out on the beach. There are seating areas in the garden and a seasonally heated swimming pool and hot tub are available. We also a pizza oven and table tennis. Optional extra water sports are available – please enquire for details.

Visiting Exmouth & Exploring Devon

Exmouth has lots of shops and cafes to explore. Along the seafront there is a brand new indoor play centre for kids and a bowling alley is a short stroll away. In town we recommend hiring a bike from a shop in town and cycling on the cycle path towards Topsham. Alternatively you can take a boast trip from the marina and savour the coast from a different perspective. A 15 minute drive away is Pebblebed, the local vineyard. You can try a glass or two of their award winning wine. Lots of superb attractions are nearby:
