The Courtyard Cottages at Upper Court offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Kemerton near Tewkesbury. Our cottages are perfect for hen parties, team team-building activities and universities. You can visit lots of great attractions in Gloucestershire, making us the perfect holiday retreat.

Accommodation

Our two cottages are nestled in 15 acres of mature gardens that boast a swimming pool, tennis court, arts centre and private lake. You are welcome to explore our grounds, including a 2-acre lake that is home to swans, geese, ducks and wildfowl.

Both our cottages sleep 2 – 25 people when combined, great for larger groups, families and weddings. The Coach House sleeps 17 in 7 bedrooms and Courtyard Cottage sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms. The cottages are connected via an archway.

The cottages include spacious living rooms with beams, wood-burning stoves, a TV, antiques and bow windows. There are 2 refectory tables for up to 24 people in The Coach House. The kitchens are well-equipped with a range of appliances, including a Range cooker in The Coach House and a standard 4-hob electric cooker in The Courtyard. Each cottage has an outside seating area and BBQ.

Our cottages offer a variety of doubles (zip and link in most), triples, family rooms and twins. The Coach House has a ground-floor wet room for people with limited mobility. All the bedrooms come with quality crisp white bedding and there are en suite shower rooms and shared facilities.

We have a play area, wendy house and croquet/football area.

Extras for sale/hire: wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hire of tennis rackets & balls and pool towels; sale of charcoal, firelighters & matches for the BBQ.

Visting Kemerton & Exploring Gloucestershire

We are ideally located for exploring the area. Locally there is a pub and coffee shop. Only 10 minutes away is the M5 and Tewskesbury is only 3 miles. The bustling town of Cheltenham is 8 away and Birmingham Airport can be reached in less than an hour. Attractions to visit include:
