South Forda Park is located in a beautiful rural part of Cornwall, just a short drive from Bude at Kilkhampton. We have 3 self catering lodges set within 9 acres of oasis countryside, making us an ideal base for those who want a break away from the hustle and bustle of modern living, whilst still being within easy reach of North Cornwall and North Devon’s finest beaches and attractions.

About South Forda Park

Our aim has been to provide guests with a place to stay that has a laid back and luxury feel. We offer stylish accommodation with all the comforts of being at home. We have the following lodges available:

Kingfisher – Sleeps 4.
Woodpecker – Sleeps 4.
Pengelly – Sleeps 4.

All of the lodges have their own private verandah, providing a place for guests to sit, relax and watch the world go by. We also don’t want guests to feel that you have to leave man’s best friend at home as 3 of our lodges are dog friendly. We welcome up to 2 dogs per lodge (with the exception of Robins Nest which doesn’t take dogs). Pengelly is also wheelchair accessible. 2 of our lodges also have log burners.

As a guest you are free to roam the 9 acres of woodland and meadows we have to offer – this is something your furry companions will love. Guests also have access to fish in our both of our coarse fishing lakes. Alternatively, if fishing’s not your thing you are very welcome to sit alongside the river and read a book whilst enjoying a glass of wine.

South Forda Park is the perfect destination for group and family holidays. We can accommodate up to 14 guests + babies, giving the perfect balance between spending quality time together as well as having your own privacy.

Local Area

South Forda Park is ideally located to travel deeper into Cornwall via idyllic country roads or the Atlantic Highway. You will encounter the spectacular scenery of the North Cornwall coast with the closest beach only 3 miles away. Kilkhampton is our nearest village and has everything you need including a post office, toy shop, hair dresser, supermarket and 2 local pubs.

Rates: From £400 - £1200 per week depending on season.
Minimum 3 night stays.
