Rectory Farm is a traditional 18th-century Yorkshire stone farmhouse and smallholding, home to horses, sheep and chickens, set in the picturesque village of Levisham near Pickering in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. Primrose Cottage is a charming holiday cottage set within a peaceful courtyard, complemented by a large lawned garden with outdoor seating for relaxing in the fresh air. Inside, the cottage offers a comfortable and well-equipped living space, including a spacious lounge with two large sofas, a dining area, a Smart TV and attractive exposed beams. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances such as a fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, slow cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, washbasin and WC, along with two bedrooms consisting of a double room equipped with a TV, radio alarm, iPod or iPhone dock and hairdryer and a separate twin room. Cowslip Cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate up to three guests, also set within a peaceful courtyard and featuring its own patio garden. Inside, the cottage offers a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a wood-effect electric fire, creating a warm and relaxing space to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, slow cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms (1 double and 1 single) are thoughtfully furnished and include a radio alarm, hairdryer, towels, bed linen and bathrobes for added comfort. A modern bathroom features a shower over the bath, washbasin, WC and underfloor heating. Central heating is provided throughout, along with £15 of electricity included in the price.

Both cottages are ideal for families, with thoughtful extras such as a travel cot and high chair provided for convenience. Guests can enjoy ample off-road parking for up to two cars with each cottage, along with complimentary WiFi throughout their stay. A warm welcome awaits with fresh home baking included in the welcome pack and breakfast or evening meals can also be arranged on request.
