Blacksmiths Cottage is a traditional cottage providing self catering accommodation with lots of features located in the peaceful village of Hudswell which is close to Richmond in the north of Yorkshire. This is a beautiful area for outdoor exploring especially for the Yorkshire Dales.

The holiday cottage has a living room which is equipped with a log burner, beamed ceiling, oak floors, flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, CD player, tourist information, books, games and Wi-Fi.The kitchen is well equipped with fitted country style cream units, handmade tiles, country chic crockery and patio doors opening directly into the courtyard garden. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric cooker with ceramic hob and fan oven, fridge with ice box, toaster and cafetiere.
There is a king size bedroom which can sleep 2 and it has lovely views over the village green.
Outside there is a walled front garden and a patio area to the rear.
Visiting Hudswell & Exploring North Yorkshire
The self catering cottage is only 3 miles from the market town of Richmond in the Yorkshire Dales, with its Norman castle and Georgian architecture and the breathtakingly views and scenery of Swaledale are literally on the doorstep.There’s lots to explore in the nearby area and further afield such as the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Beamish and the Eden Camp Modern History Museum.
