Summary

The Birches is a modern bungalow set in a peaceful location in the Ardclach area of Nairn in Inverness-shire. The bungalow provides self catering accommodation set on one-third of an acre which is all fully enclosed, making it perfect for young children who want to run around. The hamlet of Ardclach has only got 20 houses so it is very secluded yet only a short journey from many activities and attractions.

Accommodation

The spacious property includes an open plan living/kitchen/diner area. Relax in the living area which has a smart TV. A well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast area, electric cooker, microwave and patio doors which open onto a lovely garden area. There is a second dining area and the property benefits from a second living area with comfy sofas, great for relaxing in after a day sightseeing.

The bungalow has 3 bedrooms which consists of 2 doubles and a twin. One of the doubles comes with en suite facilities and there is also a large family bathroom, making the property suitable for families or groups. All bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot can be provided.

Outside there is plenty of off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden.

Visiting Nairn & Exploring Inverness-shire

This area is perfect for exploring the Highlands and there are many activities such as golfing, cycling, walking and horse riding. Nairn Dunbar Golf Club is close by. It is ranked 9th in the North of Scotland Top 100 Golf Courses. You can even take a boat cruise on the Loch Ness or go fishing on the River Findhorn. Lots of attractions are nearby:

Cawdor Castle.
Culloden Moor.
Battlefields.
Clava Cairns.
Nairn Museum.
