Summary

2 Glanfa is an 1830's miner’s cottage is located in a village at the bottom of the Snowdon path, near the pretty village of Beddgelert near Caernarfon, in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. It is warm and cosy with oil fired central heating and a new conservatory looking at the summit of Snowdon.

Accommodation

Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with lounge and dining areas. The lounge area has an open fire and leather sofas - ideal for relaxing at the end of a day spent exploring this beautiful part of North Wales.

From the lounge there is a door through to a relaxing conservatory which looks out over Snowdon. From here you can enjoy the views in all weathers.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and table and chairs. There are stunning mountain views from the kitchen sink that make washing up a pleasure!

There is a bathroom with a toilet, bath, basin and walk-in shower.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. From the landing there is access to a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. There is a further double bedroom off the twin bedroom.

Outside there is a small front garden and large private car park.

Visiting Caernarfon & Exploring Gwynedd

Ideal for walking, fishing beaches, castles, mountain biking and steam railways. There is a pub and village tea room nearby. Lots of excellent attractions are nearby:

Lon Gwyrfai- 5 Mile walk to Beddgelert past the lake and through the forest
Nantle Ridge- Mountain from the front door. Forget Snowdon this is far better and quieter.
Cwellyn Arms.-Superb gastropub opposite the houses.
Ty Mawr Tea Rooms- Yummy Dutch pancakes and more 50 yards away.
Snowdon Marathon (3rd Nov)- Passes the front door.
