The Auld Dairy offers superb self catering accommodation close to the village of Drummore. The luxurious cottage is near the town of Stranraer in Dumfries & Galloway. The property is ideal for couples and families and sleeps a total of six people.

Accommodation

The large and comfortable sitting area has Freeview TV, DVD player and lots of books to read. Adjacent to the living area there is a dining area that seats up to six people. French doors open out to the patio area where there is a picnic table that is the perfect spot for enjoying a drink or some al fresco dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you will need including a range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

All of the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are made upon arrival. The main bathroom is large and generously sized offering a shower, bath, sink and wash basin.

On arrival, a welcome pack is provided consisting of Home Made Shortbread, tea, coffee and wine.

Visiting Drummore & Exploring Dumfries & Galloway

There are many things to do in the local area including walking and cycling. Numerous footpaths are suitable for all ages and abilities. The Southern Upland Way is a two hundred and twelve-mile walk that covers some of the wildest landscapes.

Many stunning gardens in the surrounding area are well worth visiting. Guests can visit the Logan Botanic Gardens, Ardwell Gardens and the Glenwhan Gardens, all of which boast beautiful flowers and pathways. If you are a keen golfer then you will love the area as there is a selection of golf courses in the surrounding area. Guests can enjoy a game of golf whilst enjoying views over the coast. Fishing is also available in the area. Lots of unforgettable days out are nearby:
