Townhouse Apartment 1

Our Edinburgh City Centre serviced self-catering apartment sleeps up to 6 adults (no children under 7yrs) and is located less than one mile from the High Street (Royal Mile) and within walking distance of the Castle and Edinburgh’s other historic tourist attractions. The accommodation consists of 1 twin room (two single beds) and 2 double rooms with large king sized beds. One of the double rooms has an en-suite shower room while the other double room and twin room share the family bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable large sitting room to relax in. All bed linen and towels are provided along with a daily cleaning service.

The apartment has secure parking for one car in an allocated space which is accessed via electronically operated gates.

Located at ground floor level the apartment is easily accessible for people with mobility difficulties.

Situated on Gilmore Place which is directly opposite the Kings Theatre, there are numerous bus routes that give direct access to all areas of the city

Townhouse Apartment 2

Our first floor apartment sleeps up to 4 adults and is located at Ratcliffe Terrace only 1 mile from the High Street and within walking distance of some of Edinburgh’s most famous attractions. The comfortable and relaxing apartment is situated within a complex of an architectural design which is sympathetic to the traditional Victorian properties of the Grange and Mayfield areas. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedded room (en-suite) and 1 twin bedded room, bathroom, sitting room and separate kitchen. All bed linen and towels provided.

The apartment can be accessed directly from the car parking area or main entrance with the option of a lift to the first floor making it ideally accessible for people with mobility difficulties.

There is secure covered parking accessed via electronically operate gates.

Rates: From £150 per night (minimum of two nights)
