Our cottage is nestled in a peaceful woodland and it is perfect for a relaxing getaway for 5 people. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comes with everything you need for a tranquil getaway.
Inside the cottage, there are 3 bedrooms: a double, twin and a single room. There is also a bathroom with a separate toilet. Relax in the cosy lounge/dining room and rustle up some tasty dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen, hairdryers and towels are provided.
We are a great location for exploring the area, with the nearest train station around 4 miles away. In the area, there are lots of scenic walks where you can often see magical wildlife, such as deer, badgers and woodpeckers. In Battle, you can visit glorious Battle Abbey, home to ruins, a museum and the battlefield of 1066. You can also see Bateman's, Rudyard Kipling’s Jacobean house. Attractions to visit include:
