Boat House sits along the shores of Fleet Bay, close to the village of Gatehouse of Fleet. It is positioned on a hillside, offering breathtaking views of the bay and the picturesque surrounding countryside.

The Boat House, located in the grounds of High Point, was designed for privacy and to showcase stunning sea views. Enter through double glass doors into an open-plan living space, complete with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a Neff oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Tassimo coffee machine or cafetiere. There is also a welcome basket on arrival. The lounge area includes a smart TV and a Dimplex electric fire for added charm, with efficient heating throughout. A small dining table is available indoors and another outdoors.

Downstairs, there’s a cloakroom with a W.C., washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the bright bedroom boasts Velux windows for stargazing and a super king-size bed with cotton bedding, goose down duvet & dressing gowns. The en-suite features a shower-over-bath, heated towel rail and plush towels.

Outside, enjoy a dedicated deck with glass balustrades, a patio with outdoor seating and a Weber BBQ, perfect for sunny days and sunsets over the estuary. The Boat House is dog friendly.
