The apartment has gated parking beneath the building and can be accessed via stairs or lift. Inside, there is a good-sized lounge with a fully equipped kitchen diner. Large windows and a Juliet balcony offer lovely views over the marina, swannery and beyond. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite shower room, with enough space for a travel cot or fold-out bed if needed. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed, with a double bed below suitable for a couple or as bunk beds for children. Both bedrooms enjoy the same stunning views.

In addition to the ensuite, there is a generously sized family bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided, though beach towels are not included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full-size fridge freezer and washing machine. We are approximately a two-minute walk from the seafront, beach and local shops, while the town centre is easily accessible.
