Mimosa Cottage is a delightful detached bungalow, located in a beautiful part of Dorset, in Studland, 3 minutes walk to the beach. The village of Studland is partially owned by the National Trust and has three miles of beautiful sandy beaches.

About Mimosa Cottage

Our family friendly holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There is a 5ft double bedded bedroom with en-suite shower/wc, second bedroom with 5ft double bed, twin bedroom with 3ft beds, and a bedroom with full size bunk beds. Duvets and pillows are provided, along with linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Hairdryers are provided in each bedroom.

The lounge has a Freeview TV, DVD player and comfortable seating. You can access the garden and decked area from here, and there is a large indoor games box for children to enjoy during their stay.

There is seating in the dining room for 8 people and there is a fully fitted kitchen that includes fridge/freezer, double oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. We also provide a high chair and travel cot.

Local Area

Studland is set in a National Nature Reserve, is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is part of the Purbeck Heritage Coast, and a gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. Most of the land around is owned and managed by the National Trust. The chain link ferry joins Studland with Sandbanks and access to Poole and Bournemouth and their facilities.
