Summary

Sea Breezes is a holiday bungalow on a small private site of just 12, behind the Old Smithy Inn. Each bungalow is individually owned, some in the same ownership for over 40 years and half are not let out. There is a very peaceful, relaxed atmosphere and there are views over the countryside to the sea, just one mile away. Welcombe is a very rural parish with a pub, church, village hall with playground and the
beach, popular with surfers and locals. A track leads to the beach.

Accommodation

The bungalow is comfortable and attractively decorated. A porch opens into the living room with a large window facing west and an open plan kitchen fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge etc.

There is a double and a twin bedroom plus a bathroom with a shower. There is a private garden to the front.

Parking is reserved at the top of the site and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Visiting Welcombe & Exploring North Devon

Bude with its many attractions and long, sandy beaches is only 15 miles away. Local attractions include the picturesque village of Clovelly, Hartland Quay with its dramatic setting, RHS Rosemoor and the market town of Bideford. Or you can just sit and watch the tide come in.
