The Annex provides luxury self-catering accommodation on the outskirts of the village of Abbotsham. With wonderful views and plenty of facilities, this is an ideal setting for a relaxing break. Also an ideal base for exploring the nearby town of Bideford and this area of Devon. About The Annex

The Annex is the end of a traditional Devon longhouse with thick stone walls and a slate roof. It can accommodate 6 people in 2 en suite bedrooms. Both the lounge and the kitchen/diner are double aspect, catching both the morning and evening sun. They have big glass doors onto the patio.

The accommodation includes an open plan kitchen/diner and a cosy living room. Outside is a patio area with a private hot tub, BBQ and access to the shared swimming pool & tennis court.

Bread maker.
Washing machine.

Visiting Abbotsham & Exploring Devon

Abbotsham village has a charming pub, shop, playground and a brewery. The village also has The BIG Sheep & The Ultimate Adventure Centre.

This is a great place for walking and biking and the South West Coastal Path is nearby.

The attractive town of Bideford is only a short drive away. It is packed with independent shops, places to eat and attractions. Bideford is well placed for visiting the best beaches in North Devon such as Croyde Bay and Woolacombe.

There are many interesting places close to The Annex such as:

Northam Burrows Country Park.
RHS Garden Rosemoor.
