6 The Maltings
Originally a stone barn on Odun Farm, 6 The Maltings in Appledore is a rare find. The cottage sits at the top of the village in a quiet location and is a short stroll to the Quay down safe, picturesque streets. It is an extremely comfortable, very well equipped home from home. The rooms are well decorated, bright and spacious with most having views of the estuary. The large and sunny paved garden is bordered by lush planting and easily accessed by the kitchen or side gate. There is ample private parking.

Bed linen, tea towels, bathmat and one hand towel for the cloakroom are provided.
Wood burning stove and central heating.
Ample outdoor seating including a garden bench, two tables with chairs, parasol.
Changeover in High Season is on Fridays. There is flexibility on the off season. Please bring your own towels. They can be provided at an additional cost of £5 per set (hand/ bath towels).
Visiting Appledore & Exploring North DevonThe cottage is perfect for enjoying all the charms of Appledore such as crabbing, wandering along the quay with a Hockings ice cream or visiting the many family friendly pubs and attractive cafes. Appledore is a great place for exploring North Devon, whether you are interested in coastal walks, beaches and surfing, cycling, good food, gardens or golf. The list is endless. It's a great place to unwind
Rates: From £350 to £720 per week depending on season.
