About Pillarbox CottageOur holiday cottage is within the grounds of the owners home and can accommodated two guests in the double bedroom. The cottage benefits from private parking. The accommodation offers a well-equipped dining kitchen contains an electric oven, gas hob, and fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and microwave oven. The main feature of this room is the full height ceiling (16ft) with exposed original beams.
A downstairs W.C is accessed from the kitchen.
We have a comfortable living room with its full-length windows overlooks the cobbled courtyard. This room offers a TV/DVD player and radio plus various books and games for your enjoyment. Rising from this room is a metal spiral staircase, which leads to the bedroom.
The bedroom has a gable window which has views towards Riber Castle, exposed original beams, a double bed, wardrobe and two bedside tables. Leading from the bedroom is the bathroom with a full size bath, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Visiting Matlock & Exploring Derbyshire.Matlock has many amazing places to visit, there is something for everyone just a short walk, bike ride or car journey away from the holiday cottage.
