Avoca Cottage is a cosy and comfortable self catering cottage located on a small private driveway above St Ives in Cornwall. The cottage provides views of the Godrevy Lighthouse and Porthmeor beach, making us a truly idyllic holiday destination.

Accommodation

The wonderful self catering holiday home sleeps up to 9 people and is perfect for an unforgettable break away. The holiday home comprises of a new upstairs lounge with a full length Velux balcony and an extra single bedroom. We also have a wood panelled Summerhouse which is perfect for children and sleeps 2 in bunks. The open plan kitchen is spacious and airy and includes a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, iron and washing machine.

The are 2 double rooms (1 with en suite) and another room with bunk beds and a cot/z-bed option. 1 further bedroom upstairs offers a single bed. There are also a couple of smart TVs and a further TV in the new Summerhouse.

Outside there is a large garden which enjoys glorious views. We also have ample parking.

Location

We are just a short walk from the town and the self catering cottage is a great haven to come back to after a day out in the town or surrounding areas. The town of St Ives is a great holiday destination as it has several beaches, a Tate Modern Gallery and the famous St Ives Pottery. There are plenty of activities in the area from horse riding to swimming. The cottage is close to lots of beautiful coastal walks. Cornwall is a stunning location which includes many beaches, restaurants, water sports, historical attractions and family day outs.

Rates: From £300 to £1200 per week depending on season.
Maximum of 9 people only in the Summer months using the Summer house (May-September). Maximum of 7 people rest of the year.
Children are welcome.
