The Corn Barn is a beautifully restored two-storey cottage, combining original features like stone walls and wooden beams with modern comforts. The cottage sleeps up to eight, with four spacious bedrooms that can be arranged as doubles or twins, plus two bathrooms and an en-suite. The stylish open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining space for up to 20 guests and a cosy lounge with a wood-burning stove, Freeview TV and games console. Outside, the private garden features a picnic bench, BBQ and a luxurious 8-seater hot tub with views over a wooded valley to the sea. With everything from a DeLonghi espresso machine to a utility room and Wi-Fi, The Corn Barn offers a peaceful, well-equipped retreat in the heart of the Cornish countryside.
The Threshing Barn is a charming two-storey cottage full of character with original stone walls, exposed wooden beams and oak floors. The lower ground floor has three spacious bedrooms with super-king beds that can be converted into twins and one room includes an en-suite. Each bedroom has access to the courtyard garden and a z-bed can be added for a child. A family bathroom includes a bath, shower, WC and heated towel rail. Upstairs, the open-plan living space offers stunning countryside views and direct access to a private garden. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a DeLonghi espresso machine, range oven, American fridge-freezer and a breakfast bar. The cosy lounge includes sofas, Freeview TV, a wood-burning stove and a dining area. Double doors lead to a garden with outdoor seating, BBQ and a six-person private hot tub, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Cornwall’s coast, beaches and walking trails.
The Water Mill is a beautifully restored Grade II Listed holiday cottage set across two floors, this character-filled property features original stone walls, exposed beams and part of the old mill’s working mechanisms, complemented by oak floors and a tasteful blend of antique and modern furnishings. The two spacious bedrooms on the lower ground floor have super-king beds that can be arranged as twins, with direct access to the garden and hot tub. The Linhay is a beautifully restored single-storey cottage with character-filled features. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a DeLonghi espresso machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer and dining space for two. Outside, enjoy a peaceful patio with countryside views, garden furniture, BBQ and a luxurious hot tub under a gazebo with views across the valley.
In the paddock field, families can enjoy a variety of play equipment, including swings with a baby seat, a ship-themed climbing frame with a play cabin and wave slide, football goals and plenty of open space for running, playing cricket, or having a picnic. Our free-range hens roam the gardens and fields and often provide fresh eggs for our welcome baskets, adding a special touch to your stay.
East Trenean Farm is situated in an Area of Great Landscape Value, surrounded by the rolling hills of historic medieval farmland. This peaceful rural retreat offers open countryside, abundant wildlife and expansive skies, creating a haven for nature lovers. Guests often spot wild rabbits, hedgehogs, bats, woodpeckers, owls, buzzards and a variety of birdlife and with a bit of luck, even a deer. Ideally located just three miles from the beaches and South West Coast Path at Seaton, Looe and Millendreath, the farm is a perfect base for exploring both Cornwall and Devon. Nearby, you’ll find the charming fishing towns of Looe, Polperro and Fowey, along with top attractions such as the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Land’s End and the National Aquarium.
