Woodlands offers wonderful self catering accommodation just 5 minutes from St Mawgan. Our modern holiday home is only 15 minutes from both Newquay and Padstow, perfect for an idyllic holiday in Cornwall.

Accommodation

Our property sleeps up to 11 people, including 9 people in comfortable bedrooms and 2 in two Z beds. The house has extensive gardens to enjoy.

Our large and well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: an electric fan oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. You can relax in the conservatory that has doors that open to the garden. A utility room house has a washing machine and dryer. There is a children’s den room with a TV & Sony Wii.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom suite and a cloakroom. Upstairs there is a reception room with doors to a balcony that offers garden views. Bedrooms include 1 king en suite, 1 double en suite and 1 room that can be made into a twin or king. A children’s bedroom comes with a raised single bed and x2 fold-out Z beds and there is a family bathroom.

Outside we have a land area and paved patio which leads to a decking area with seating, great for a glass of wine in the evening sun. There is an enclosed wooded area for children to enjoy.

Visiting St Mawgan & Exploring Cornwall

Only a 5-minute drive from us is the world-famous Watergate Bay. Newquay Airport is nearby for travel. In Newquay, there are lots of shops, restaurants and beaches to enjoy. Attractions to include:

The Bude Tunnel.
Summerleaze Beach.
The Castle Bude.
St Nectan's Waterfall.
Tintagel Castle.
