Whimbrels offers wonderful self catering accommodation in Trebetherick. Our property near Wadebridge is set in a magical setting above Daymer Bay, offering spectacular views over Brae Hill, the Camel Estuary and Padstow. We are perfect for an idyllic getaway in a scenic part of Cornwall.
AccommodationOur lovely holiday home sleeps up to 9 people and is great for a family or group looking to stay in a beautiful coastal location. The house is tastefully furnished and comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.
The living/dining areas offer stunning views. You can relax in front of the TV in the sitting room after a day sightseeing. The sun lounge also has a TV and comfy seating. A modern kitchen comes with a range of appliances: a dishwasher, fridge, fridge, freezer, halogen hob, oven and microwave.
Four bedrooms are available: a double, a twin en suite, a further twin and a bunk room which also includes a single. Both twin rooms can be configured as double beds. A main bathroom comes with a shower, and a there is a second shower room.
The property benefits from an outside shower, great for getting rid of sand after a day on the beach.
Visiting Trebetherick & Exploring CornwallWe are in a fantastic location, with Daymer Bay just a 5 minute walk away. You can also surf at Polzeath or sail, water ski or fish at Rock, or wander around the bustling town of Padstow. In Padstow, you can visit Rick Stein’s renowned seafood restaurant or Paul Ainsworth’s Michelin starred No. 6 and other excellent restaurants. Port Isaac is home to Nathan Outlaw’s New Road. Fishing trips can be booked from Rock and Padstow. St Enodoc has a great Links course for golfing and is home to Michelin starred St. Enodoc Hotel. Further attractions to visit include:
