Summary

Widemouth Barns consists of three self catering holiday cottages situated at Widemouth Bay on the stunning North Cornwall coast. We are in an ideal location for touring the West Country.

Rosemary Cottage - Sleeps 4

Rosemary Barn is an open plan lounge and kitchen. One double bedroom and one Twin. A family bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin. Rosemary also has a fixed stair gate at the top of the stairs. The Cottage comes equipped with Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD Radio and has a washing machine.

Olive Tree Barn - Sleeps 6

There is a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen with a downstairs cloakroom. One double bedroom with ensuite shower, toilet and basin. One Twin Bedroom and another double room. Olive has a family bathroom with bath/shower,toilet and basin. The Cottage comes equipped with Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD Radio and has a washing machine.

The Granary - Sleeps 4

Granary barn is a spacious barn on three levels. The main open plan lounge and kitchen accessed via the front door. Above is the minstrel gallery a nice place to chill out. There is one double and one twin bedroom. New Family Shower Room with walk in shower, Hand basin and Toilet. Stairs lead downstairs to the bedrooms. The Cottage comes equipped with Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD Radio and has a washing machine.

All cottage have use of a paddock for children to play in and there is a rose garden for guests to enjoy.

Location

The nearby Widemouth beach, is a popular surfing location on the North Cornish coast, and the lively seaside resort of Bude a short drive away. As well as some of the best surfing locations in the U.K., there are beaches to suit all tastes, from stretches of sand to isolated rocky coves. R.N.L.I. lifeguards are on duty in the summer months. Summerleaze beach also has a large sea pool, safe, and ideal for youngsters. For sports enthusiasts there are lots of outdoor activities available in the local area. For the less active, Bude canal and its tow-path offers an opportunity for a peaceful stroll, popular with bird watchers and nature lovers. Sea fishing from the local beaches and rocks around Bude and Widemouth is a popular pastime, and catches of Bass, Codling, flat fish, mackerel, whiting and dogfish are common.
