Summary

Churchgate Cottage sleeps up to 4 guests. The dwelling comprises of an entrance hall, living room and kitchen downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with full size bunk beds), and a bathroom with basin, toilet and bath inclusive of electric shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster. The living room has digital TV and a DAB radio/CD player. There is dedicated wifi throughout. Heating is by modern electric radiators and there is an immersion heater for hot water. A travel cot and high chair are also available on request.

There is parking space for one car at the back of the cottage. Churchgate also has a small raised patio area with seating. We must highlight that this is accessed by steep steps and may therefore be unsuitable for small children and those unstable on their feet

Local Area

The village beach, shop and two pubs are all within walking distance and with Crantock being situated fairly centrally within the county it is an ideal base for exploring the many delights of the Cornish coast and countryside.

Crantock is close enough to Newquay for a quick drive or taxi ride in and out, to explore the pleasant seaside town, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquillity of a small coastal village.

There is onsite parking for one car. Churchgate also has an enclosed patio area with furniture.
