Pampaluna Cottage's accommodation comprises a double and twin bedded room on the first floor with a kitchen/diner, bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor.

The ground floor also has the lounge where you can relax after a long day out and sink into the three-piece suite while enjoying a woodburning stove set in a large granite fireplace on cooler evenings.

The bedrooms are upstairs and the facilities are downstairs so people with limited mobility may find the accommodation unsuitable as there is no wheelchair access to the upstairs rooms.

The cottage has TV, DVD player and sound system that plays CDs or tapes. There are plenty of books for those of you who like to relax in the sun and read. You can watch DVDs in the evening while relaxing with a glass of wine, or play games and do jigsaws for light evening entertainment.

The modern kitchen has seating for four people and includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

Tranquil gardens and patio area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining or relaxation in the evening sunshine.

Pampaluna is surrounded by beautiful grounds that have access to a nature field with a wildlife pond where young children should be supervised at all times.

You can park your car in a designated space on the gravelled driveway. If you would like to bring a second car or a boat this can be arranged by prior agreement.

The holiday cottages enjoy a serene location four miles from Falmouth on a hill just outside the village of Mabe. This comfortable holiday cottage offers spectacular scenery overlooking breathtaking countryside towards the Roseland Peninsula and Falmouth Bay.

Pampaluna Vean

Self-catering cottage Pampaluna Vean sleeps a maximum of two people – including children of any age. The ground floor of this barn conversion comprises a bedroom, which has either a super king size bed or twin beds depending on your needs, and a bathroom with large walk-in shower, bath and shaver point. The bathroom also houses a concealed washing machine.

Upstairs there is a modern, fully-fitted kitchen with an electric hob, oven, fridge and microwave and a comfortable lounge/diner with two adjustable easy chairs for ultimate relaxation.

The cottage is equipped with a digital TV and DVD player as well as a stereo system with CD player and radio tuner. For those comfy nights in, we provide a selection of books, DVDs, games and jigsaws to choose from.

The cottages are ideally situated for some of Cornwall's finest beaches and historical sites such as Pendennis Castle, Land's End and various tin mines. Pampaluna is also well placed for some of Cornwall's famous gardens such as the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan,Trebah Garden, Glendurgan and several of the National Trust's properties.

Nearby there are also many other attractions to suit all ages including water sports, walking, horse riding, bird watching and many more.

Rates: From £210 - £430 per week depending on season.
Can accept trailer with Boat for parking by prior arrangement.
Children are welcome.
