Wherever you choose to settle in, you’ll be free to enjoy the farm’s outdoor heated pool, children’s play area, games room and tennis court, along with the fun of meeting the resident animals. Spread across 120 acres of mixed farmland, Quinceborough enjoys an enviable setting with sweeping views of both rolling countryside and the coastline, creating a peaceful and picturesque backdrop for your stay.

The Roost features a spacious and airy downstairs double bedroom with an additional single bed and its own en-suite shower room, along with a sofa bed available if needed. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower over the bath. The open-plan lounge and kitchen offer plenty of space and come fully equipped, complemented by underfloor heating and charming original features throughout. With ample parking, room for one dog by arrangement and inviting outdoor space with seating, The Roost provides a relaxed and informal setting for a comfortable holiday.

Our original 1880 haybarn has been thoughtfully transformed into Squire, Mucklow and Barn Cottages, three charming “upside-down” properties with the bedrooms located on the ground floor. Each cottage features a spacious double bedroom with an additional single bed, alongside a second, smaller room furnished with full-sized bunk beds and Barn Cottage also includes a cosy wood-burning fireplace. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with a toilet, basin and a bath with a shower over. Upstairs, a large lounge opens into a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with the living space also accessible via the traditional exterior barn steps. Outside, each cottage enjoys a small seating area with countryside and sea views, perfect for watching the spectacular sunsets over the bay. One dog is welcome at any of our properties by arrangement.

Lower Quinceborough sits in an elevated position behind a large front lawn, offering lovely views and a sheltered garden to the rear. This comfortable bungalow features two bedrooms, each furnished with a double and a single bed, along with a bathroom that includes a toilet, wash basin and a bath with a shower over. The compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need, with additional items available on request and the spacious lounge with its dining area provides beautiful vistas across Widemouth Bay.

There are two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin providing comfortable accommodation for up to four guests, with a cot and high chair available on request. The large, light-filled lounge includes a small dining area and opens into a modern, well-equipped kitchen. At the front of the property, a short private drive offers convenient off-road parking, while a generous enclosed garden at the rear can be accessed through the garage or via an internal porch.

Goose Cottage comfortably sleeps six across three bedrooms, including a double room on the ground floor and two twin rooms upstairs, one of which has its own en-suite shower. A family bathroom with a bath and shower is located downstairs and the open-plan lounge and well-equipped kitchen provide a cosy and practical living space enhanced by underfloor heating. With ample parking, outdoor seating and space to relax, plus the option to bring one dog by arrangement, Goose Cottage offers an inviting and informal setting for a laid-back holiday.

The cottage sits just 25 yards from a dune path that leads to the southern end of Black Rock beach and the lounge offers a lovely view looking out toward the sea. The spacious lounge, added in the 1960s, is comfortably furnished and features a woodburner alongside electric heaters, while the original part of the property includes two cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds and a bathroom fitted with a spa bath and shower. A modern, well-equipped kitchen connects to the dining area, which opens out onto a paved and grassed patio, an ideal, secure space for both children and dogs to enjoy.

There is plenty to do during your stay, from making use of the tennis court and enjoying the outdoor heated swimming pool, open from Whitsun to mid-September, weather permitting, to spending time in the games room with table tennis and air hockey. Around the farm you’ll also find a variety of small animals, including a peacock, geese, lambs, a pet pig, ducks and hens and there are woodland walks to explore along with a peaceful bird hide for nature watching.

Widemouth Bay is a renowned surfing beach, patrolled by lifeguards in summer and loved by families for its wide sweep of golden sand and rock pools revealed at low tide. Visitors can hire surfboards and deck chairs and a viewing point on Penhalt Cliff offers breathtaking views along the rugged coastline toward Hartland Point. The bay is also home to a shop, café and two welcoming pubs. Just three miles away, Bude provides even more to explore, with spectacular cliff and canal walks, as well as opportunities for squash, putting, table tennis, horse riding, fishing and surfing. Nearby attractions such as Tintagel, Boscastle, Clovelly and Port Isaac are easy to reach, along with the market towns of North Devon, and Cornwall’s celebrated Eden Project is only an hour’s drive away.
