The Old Post Office

This 300-year-old cottage is restored in traditional style, that retain the character of a bygone age. 3-star rating.
Comfortable accommodation sleeps 4 persons. 2 bedrooms, one double room and one twin room.
Living/dining room with solid fuel stove, Liscannor stone flour, antique dresser.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Separate fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, oven, fridge.
Storage heating and towels are an extra charge.
Linen is provided free.
Shared laundrette with washing machine and tumble dryer also available.

Shannon Breeze

Shannon Breeze Cottage is an award-winning three-star, self-catering, traditional style cottage.
There is an open plan kitchen/living area with open fireplace and Liscannor stone floor.
The cottage sleeps four guests in one double bedroom downstairs and an attic bedroom twin upstairs.
There is a bathroom with shower upstairs.
The cottage also boasts an outdoor barbeque area.
There is a laundrette and dryer on the grounds and linen is supplied. There is an extra charge for towels.
This is a family-friendly cottage with an enclosed garden and within walking distance of the River Shannon on quiet country roads and laneways.

These holiday cottages are situated 8 kilometres from the historical town of Portumna on the shores of Lough Derg. This is an ideal base for touring part of the Wild Atlantic Way and the Lough Derg Drive and several tourist attractions nearby including the mighty river Shannon with its abundance of course fishing.
