Three Stumps is a well positioned 5-bedroom 3-bathroom house perched high up on Helsby hill in Cheshire, with far reaching views over the river Mersey estuary and beyond.

Accommodation

A secluded peaceful retreat, the house has two double master bedrooms upstairs with en suites “ideal for two families”; while downstairs there is a further two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with shared bathroom.

All bedrooms have fantastic views. Downstairs there is a large living room with an open plan kitchen that comes fully equipped for your stay. On the same level there is a sunroom with a dining table that leads out to the large, decked area for outside dining and BBQ’s.

The house also has a large basement room for large family get together and playing table tennis.

Full in-house spa treatments available on request.

Visiting Helsby & Exploring Cheshire

The house is in an ideal location for walkers as it has direct access to Helsby hill and the famous Sandstone Trail. Nearby in Helsby, is Tesco’s supermarket and Frodsham, a historical village with a Thursday market and local shops selling local produce.

For the kids there is Catton Hall, adventure playground for paintballing, quad biking and many other outside activities. Chester Zoo, Blue Planet Aquarium, Cheshire Oaks Outlet shopping village is only 10-15 minutes in a car and Chester city centre with its Roman amphitheatre and the famous city walls is only 20 minutes away. 30-45 minutes by car you can visit Liverpool, Manchester, Blackpool and North Wales and beaches.

Summer Holidays 16th July to September 4th £2500 a week.
Surcharge of £200 a week for a dog.
