Teifi Cottage is a welcoming end-terrace home with lovely views across the Teifi Valley and ample space for up to five guests to relax. The first floor features a large family bedroom complete with a bath, overhead shower, WC and heated towel rail, while the open-plan living area provides comfortable furnishings, a wood-burner and a 43” Smart TV for cosy days spent indoors. Outside, the cottage has its own seating area with picnic-style tables and chairs, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the sunshine and dogs are warmly welcomed.

Cych Cottage, our inviting mid-terrace property, comfortably accommodates up to four guests and offers a warm welcome from the moment you step inside. The immaculate lounge features cosy leather armchairs, a wood-burner and a 50” smart TV, while the well-equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, along with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Outside, a patio with seating provides an ideal setting for relaxed morning coffees or leisurely al fresco dinners as the sun sets and the cottage is dog friendly.

Towy Cottage, the largest of our end-terrace properties, sleeps up to six guests. The first floor features three well-furnished bedrooms with comfortable bedding and oak furniture, alongside a family bathroom, while the ground floor includes an additional shower room with a WC and hand basin. The living area is furnished with leather sofas and a wood-burner, complemented by a 42” TV with an Amazon Firestick and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and benefits from complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Outside, a private furnished patio and exclusive hot tub offer a perfect place to unwind at any time of day and the cottage is dog friendly.

Gwaun Cottage is a detached studio style cottage designed for comfort and character. The living area features leather sofas, a 43” TV with an Amazon Fire Stick and a welcoming log-burner, while the kitchen’s green glass splashbacks add a modern touch, complemented by a unique stained-glass window that showcases the original hayloft pulley. The master bedroom offers a double bed with a plush mattress for a restful night’s sleep, along with oak furniture including a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables. Outside, an enclosed patio provides a private space for dining and relaxation and the cottage is dog friendly.

Cothi Cottage is a detached, single-storey hideaway that sleeps up to four guests. The cottage includes a spacious double bedroom with a floor-to-ceiling glazed window and a twin room with two single beds, along with a bathroom featuring a bath and overhead shower and an additional room with a WC and wash basin. Its open-plan layout brings together the lounge, dining area and modern kitchen to create a welcoming, sociable living space, complete with a 50” smart TV, tiled floors with underfloor heating and a wood-burner. Outside, an enclosed lawned garden with a paved patio and outdoor furniture overlooks a fenced pond, while a private BBQ area provides the perfect spot for relaxed al fresco meals.

Hirwaun Cottage is a beautifully renovated retreat that blends traditional charm with modern comfort, featuring a striking high green oak beam ceiling and porcelain tiled floors warmed by underfloor heating. The layout includes a twin-bedded room upstairs and a double bedroom on the ground floor, along with a luxurious bathroom offering both a bath and a walk-in shower. A quaint country kitchen provides everything you need, including a dishwasher, electric cooker, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The spacious living room invites relaxation with its log-burner, soft fabric sofas, armchair and oak coffee table, while outside, a private garden with patio furniture and a fire pit sets the scene for cosy evenings under the stars.

Penwern Fach offers a host of simple pleasures to make your stay memorable, from meeting our gentle resident donkeys, Ned and Stan, to enjoying relaxed evenings around the communal BBQ. Families can make the most of the spacious football field, children’s play area and well-equipped games room, while golfers of all abilities can spend a leisurely hour at the 200-yard driving range. Outdoor games like giant chess and table tennis add to the fun and our pay-as-you-go EV charging point keeps you ready for adventures through the Welsh countryside. With plenty to do and a peaceful rural setting, Penwern Fach is designed for easy, enjoyable days together.

Within a short distance you will discover the beautiful beaches of Cardigan Bay with spectacular cliff-top walks, where you may even see the bottlenose dolphins and grey seals. There are also numerous outdoor activities for all the family such as golf, pony trekking, fishing, walking or even a white knuckle day out at Wales’ top theme park, Oakwood. The National Trust House and Gardens at Llanerchaeron, Aberglasney House & Gardens and also The National Botanic Gardens are all nearby.
