Welsh Country Retreats offers a range of fantastic self catering accommodation within 114 acres of beautiful land on the outskirts of Mydroilyn. All the properties have hot tubs and shared access to a tennis court. We are only a few miles from Aberaeron in Ceredigion and in the ideal location for discovering all that the local area has to offer.

Farmhouse

This 5-star rated farmhouse can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms, perfect for a family or group looking for somewhere special to stay. The spacious property boasts amazing views over the lakes and lush countryside. Superb facilities include a total of 8 plasma screens some with DVD players (all receive digital TV) & a CD player.

Inside there is a well-equipped kitchen with comes with a range of excellent facilities and a dining area that seats 10. Unwind in the fabulous sun lounge which offers a solid oak floor, exposed beams and patio doors that open to the patio area, the perfect spot for savouring the view. You can also relax in the living area which has a toasty wood burner. In total, there are two en suite bathrooms, a family bathroom and a wet room.

The Stable

This charming stable conversion sleeps 10 and is perfect for an idyllic escape to the country. A spacious living/dining room includes patio doors, an oak floor and underfloor heating. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which includes a breakfast area. On the first floor are two double en suites and two twin rooms which share a bathroom.

The Mill

Our beautifully converted mill and been furnished to the highest standards to suit all your needs. Inside the is a delightful, beamed living/dining room with underfloor heating and French doors which open onto the patio area. The farmhouse-style kitchen is perfect for home-cooking and there is also a breakfast area. On the first floor is a double, a double en suite room, a twin room and a bathroom.

The Cottages

We have 3 gorgeous cottages available, all ideal for the ultimate country retreat. You can choose from Tan Y Dderwen (Under The Oak), Beudy Bach (Little Cowshed) and Gwel-Y-Llyn (Lake View). These tasteful conversions each sleep 2 people and come with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.

Visiting Mydroilyn & Exploring Ceredigion

All of these self catering properties are just under 4 miles away from the sea and a few miles from Aberaeron where you will find shops, places to eat and plenty of attractions such as Llanerchaeron, Llain Activity Centre, Fantasy Farm Park, The Vale of Rheidol and RSPB Ynyshir Nature Reserve. Further attractions to visit include:
