The Barn.


Parc yr Hebog Cottages provide boutique accommodation on the outskirts of Dihewyd, Ceredigion. It has been listed by The Sunday Times as one of the UK's coolest holiday cottages. The dramatic coastline at Cardigan Bay is close by. Lampeter can be visited in a short time. West Wales is the perfect location for a relaxing break or an outdoor activity adventure.

The Barn

This Scandinavian style barn comes with a Welsh twist.

It can sleep four people in a master with adjoining bathroom and a twin en suite. The en suite has the added extra of a sauna.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The mezzanine area is the open plan lounge/diner. This area has large comfortable leather sofas and a dining table. Patio doors lead to a private balcony with mountain views.

The Cottage

This romantic property has a super king bedroom which is furnished to a high standard.

Split over two floors the handcrafted kitchen is downstairs. It is well equipped with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The ground floor has underfloor heating and a shower room.

On the first floor is the lounge/diner that overlooks the Cambrian Mountains. The lounge has a TV and DVD player.

Visiting Dihewyd & Exploring Ceredigion

Dihewyd is a rural village close to the Vale of Aron. Nearby Lampeter has independent shops and places to eat. It is the centre for a number of country walks. Plenty of other outdoor activities can be explored from here. This is a great base from which to visit Snowdonia, Pembrokeshire and the Brecon Beacons.

The local Cardigan Bay offers some of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches in Europe. There are numerous coastal villages that are well worth visiting including Tresaith and Llangrannog. You could take a boat trip from the pier and see the beautiful seals and dolphins.

Ceredigion county can be enjoyed for a weekend break or a longer stay. It has award winning beaches, Cambrian Mountains, stunning scenery and a wealth of attractions. Some examples of places to go include:

Devil's Bridge.
Vale of Rheidol Railway.
Aberystwyth Castle.
