Sleeps 1-4
£400 - £700

This cottage overlooks the larger of Aberporth’s two sandy beaches, 100 metres away. The village pub, shops and a children's playground are all within a few minutes' walk. The Ceredigion Coast Path runs very close to the front door.

There is a living room with wood burning stove and TV, a conservatory that overlooks the beach, two bedrooms (a five-foot double and two singles, all with duck-down duvets), a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and filter coffee machine and a bathroom with a power shower over the bath. The cottage has optic fibre Broadband.

There is a small, secluded terrace to the rear of the property and off-road parking for two cars. To the front of the cottage, there is an area of decking, a lawn, a brick-built barbeque and a trestle table. A gate at the bottom of the garden provides easy access to the beach. In the event of wet weather, there are plenty of DVDs and books (adults and children’s) as well as a wide selection of board games and a large box of lego.

Please note that we have a strict no smoking policy inside the cottage and we do not allow pets.
