Gower View Penthouse is a high-quality self catering property set in a sought after location on the seafront in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire. It is just a short walk from the beach and there are several amenities all within walking distance. This is the ideal spot for a family vacation or for those that love outdoor activities.

Accommodation

This high quality penthouse can accommodate 6 people within a master en suite, and 2 twin rooms. The master bedroom has patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the sea. It has an LCD TV, DVD player, walk-in wardrobe and hairdryer.

The living space is open plan giving lots of space and light. The room is well equipped and includes an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

We have ensured that our accommodation has everything you need for an enjoyable breakaway. Amenities include:

Outside there is a lovely balcony area with seating and magnificent views. Guests have access to a communal lawn area.

A Visitor Information Centre is just 4 mins walk from the penthouse, the staff are very helpful and will answer all your questions. There is a cafeteria and an ice cream shop where you can buy locally made Joe’s ice cream, the creamiest we have ever tasted! The Information Centre also doubles up as a shop that provides Welsh gifts, maps and guides.

If you prefer to visit some attractions there are several nearby such as Sandy Water Park, National Botanic Garden of Wales, Llyn Llech Owain Country Park and Castle Llandeilo.
