Wathegar Farm is set in 800 acres of Caithness countryside that includes Christmas Tree Farmland and wind turbines. We are just off the A882 at Bilbster and only a short drive from Wick & Thurso.

Guests are free to roam our 800 acres, which provide plenty of walking opportunities that all ages can enjoy. The tree plantation and miles of gravel roads connecting the turbines are suitable for driving, walking, biking and quad biking. The land is also a haven for wildlife including:
Red & roe deer.
Visiting Bibster & Exploring CaithnessBilbster is in a rural part of the highlands and is a lovely place to visit if you are seeking some peace and quiet. As well as offering a quiet retreat, we are also within comfortable driving distance of Wick & Thurso.
Caithness is a large area of unspoilt, dramatic scenery in the far north of Scotland. For those who enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, the area is ideal.
