Fodol Cottages are ideally situated in a tranquil secluded part of Llandegfan, Anglesey just a 5 minute drive from Menai Bridge, Britannia Bridge and the A55. This will take you to the natural playground of Snowdonia with a variety of outdoor activities or to Anglesey with its wonderful beaches, coastal walks and water sports.

Fodol Cottages

Each holiday cottage has 1 en suite double bedroom, 1 large en suite double bedroom with an additional cabin bed for 2 children, 1 double bedroom adjacent to a bathroom with disabled access. Each therefore can sleep 8 people and has superb kitchen, dining and sitting room accommodation. Also each has oil fired central heating as well as a log burning stove.

With tiled, timbered and carpeted floor coverings they are designed and furnished to Tourist Board 5 star standards and are in the midst of rural farmland yet 5 minutes from Menai Bridge and central to the Anglesey and Snowdonia playground….. coastal path walks, climbing, winter mountaineering, canoeing, surfing, kite surfing, horse riding, golf, sailing (can recommend a good yacht!), beaches, castles, masses of interesting places to visit, good restaurants, DW Sports gym, the list is endless.

Spring Cottage

Walk in through the front door into a large hallway. The utility room is ahead of you with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. To the left within the utility room is a shower with WC.

Walking through the hallway to the left is the large open plan sitting and dining area with a kitchen at the far end. The kitchen is modern and well appointed with a fridge, dishwasher, oven with grill and a microwave. The cottage also has a freezer. The dining area will seat 8. The living area includes a television, hi-fi and DVD player. There is a wood burning stove for those cold winter evenings.

Beyond the kitchen is the first double bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is to the right of the entrance hall also has a king size bed and includes a large bathroom with hand basin and WC. The bathroom has wheelchair access. The stairs take you to a third large bedroom with a king size bed and day bed which can easily convert to two single beds, ideal for children. This is an excellent spacious family room with its own en suite shower room, WC and hand basin.

Spring Cottage also has a patio area accessed from the kitchen for those warm, summer days and has wonderful views of the Snowdon mountain range. This is a tranquil setting ideal for families. Fodol cottages have plenty of space for children to play safely, away from busy roads.

Lavender Cottage

The front door opens into the well appointed kitchen. The kitchen is modern with a fridge, freezer, oven and grill and microwave. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. To the right is a small cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

From the kitchen walk through a wide doorway into the sitting and dining room. The sitting area includes a television, hi-fi and DVD player. There is also a wood burning stove for cold winter evenings. The dining area will seat 8.

From the living room walk to a passage way and to the left there is a small bedroom with bunk beds. Under the stairs is a large bathroom with disabled access. Beside the bathroom is a bedroom with king size bed and an en suite shower, wash basin and WC. Upstairs is a large family bedroom with a king size bed and day bed. This can be easily converted to two single beds, ideal for children. This bedroom has a large en suite shower room with hand basin and WC.

Lavender Cottage also has a secluded south facing patio accessed from the living room with views of Snowdonia for those warm summer days. This is in a tranquil setting ideal for families. Fodol cottages have plenty of space for children to play safely, away from busy roads.

The range on offer is amazing – we have the Snowdonia National Park, a superb coastline with the excellent Coastal Path Walks, the unique and beautiful Menai Straits and the fabulous Blue Flag beaches of Anglesey.
