Set amid the rolling hills of Royal Deeside, East Balnacraig is a charming self-catering holiday cottage that commands panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and comfortably sleeps up to six guests in three spacious bedrooms, an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends eager to explore this scenic corner of Aberdeenshire.
The ground floor centres on an open-plan living and dining space with a well-equipped kitchen at one end, a wood-burning stove in the middle and a wide bay window framing views of the garden. Also on this level is a king-size bedroom served by a separate shower room and WC. Upstairs, two generous bedrooms, one with a super-king bed and the other with twins, overlook the garden and rolling countryside. They share a bright family bathroom that features both a roll-top bath and a separate shower.
Electricity is included in the rate and comes in part from on-site solar panels, while a ground-source heat pump provides efficient warmth throughout. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are supplied and the sitting area has Freeview TV, broadband connection and a radio. The kitchen offers a cooker with hob, microwave and dishwasher and a travel cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Outside, an enclosed lawn leads to a patio furnished for al-fresco meals and there is dedicated parking beside the house.
