With beautiful views of the Black mountains and Brecon Beacons, this former barn is on a working farm in a very pleasant location four miles north of Brecon.

All of our self catering accommodation is situated in an ideal area for walking, cycling, trekking, coarse fishing and bird watching amongst the beautiful countryside of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Large groups are always welcome. Sorry, no pets.

Cottage One

With beautiful views of the Black mountains and Brecon Beacons, this former barn is on a working farm in a very pleasant location four miles north of Brecon. Converted to a high standard, it has four bedrooms (double and twin) and a shower room on the ground floor and, upstairs; an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, leading to a room with two single beds and an adjacent double bedroom with super king size zip and link bed (can be used as 2 singles) with en suite shower room. TV, microwave,Brecon Beacons View oil-fired central heating, electric fire and a games room (pool table etc) are available. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. Children are welcome on the farm and there is a garden with barbecue and picnic benches.

Cottage Two

Along with Cottage 1, this accommodation has many original features to enhance the character of the building. The living room and electric kitchen area are on the first floor and a spacious bath/shower room and two bedrooms (double and twin) are downstairs. This is also equipped with a TV video, microwave, oil fired central heating and electric fire. A washing machine and tumble dryer is provided for both Cottages 1 and 2. The cottage makes an ideal base for a holiday in mid Wales and the selection of sights and activities in the area. The cottage is located just north of Brecon and makes most places in mid Wales just a short drive away.

The Bungalow

This spacious bungalow is also situated near the farm in tranquil surroundings, it has recently been extensively upgraded and facilities have been added to accommodate disabled guests. The sun lounge with TV and video offers panoramic views of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. There are four bedrooms, all tastefully furnished including two twin rooms and two double rooms - one of which is en-suite. The spacious bathroom includes a shower, a bidet as well as a bath, wash basin and toilet. A large kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven, off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine. During the summer, guests can relax in their own private garden with patio area and are more than welcome to take a walk around the farm. The bungalow is well heated by oil-fired central heating as weekend and short breaks are very popular during the Spring and Autumn.

Rates: From £295 to £700 per week depending on season & unit.
