Situated in the grounds of The Loaning, it has its very own private gate into Muthill Golf Course where they have even named the closing hole - The Loaning!

There are outstanding views across open fields to the market town of Crieff with a backdrop of the southern edge of the Grampian Mountains and Ben Chonzie - our local Munro! Strathearn is an excellent centre for outdoor pursuits including golfing, fishing, sailing at Loch Earn, cycling, walking, rock climbing, pony trekking or the perfect hideaway for a romantic break in the Scottish Highlands. And if you want a cosy meal out the Wee House is only a short walk from the Village Inn which serves real ale and hearty country fayre!
