Aislaby Lodge Cottages are situated in the heart of the Esk Valley, just 4 miles from Whitby Town and the Yorkshire Coast. They are nestled amongst the beautiful surroundings of the North York Moors National Park and offer some of the finest views in Yorkshire.

About Aislaby Lodge Cottages

Our holiday cottages were originally converted from a small farm holding, maintaining a very local appearance and character. The holiday homes are beautifully appointed and can sleep up to 25 people when booked together, perfect for a holiday away with friends and family. The holiday cottages available are Stable & Home Cottage which both sleep 4 people, Byre which sleeps 5, Granary sleeps 5+1 & Farm Cottage sleeps 6. All of the holiday cottages include:

Bed linen & duvets.
Towels are available on request at an added cost.
Cleaning equipment and tea towels.
Heating included in the price.
Home Cottage has a wood burning stove.
Farm Cottage has an open fire & gas fire.
Immersion hot water in all cottages.
All holiday cottages have an overhead shower except Home which has a separate walk in.
Wi-Fi access.
Cot & highchairs available on request.
Babysitting service on request.

Guests who are letting the cottages together can have the ability to dine together as well. We can seat up to 25 people in Farm & Granary Cottage.

Visiting Aislaby & Exploring North Yorkshire

Aislaby is a pretty village on the north side of the Esk Dale. It enjoys beautiful valley views and is an ideal base for exploring North Yorkshire.

Robin Hood's and Runswick Bay fishing villages which lie just north and south of Whitby seaside town, provide a rich source of heritage and beauty right on your doorstep. Surrounding countryside takes in TV's Heartbeat sets, ideal walking country and even the famous Harry Potter Hogwarts station on the North Yorks. Moors Steam Railway, with sometimes famously disguised stations as Thomas the Tank Engine.

Further inland you will find the market towns of Pickering, Malton, Helmsley and Guisborough within easy reach by car. Also visitor attractions such as:

Castle Howard.
Flamingo Land Fun Park.
Eden Camp.
Hull's The Deep.
Plus not to mention the wonderful delights of York City with the famous Minster.

Maximum of 7 people in the largest cottage. (Sleeps 6 plus a put up Z bed).
